The first Pub Niska restaurant was opened in Västra Hamnen in Mariehamn on the Åland Islands. Niska Marienhamn is now located in the idyllic sea district (sjökvarteret) in Mariehamn with, among other things, the Seafarers’ Chapel as a neighbor. Our restaurant is open during the summer and our happy staff serves you with delicious pizzas and good drinks from morning to evening. It is possible to sit both outside and inside. The environment and interior is rustic, traditional and idyllic. Welcome!
The Niska concept was conceived by Michael Björklund— who has also appeared in the popular Strömsö television programme – in a small restaurant in the port area of Mariehamn on the Åland Islands. Björklund wanted to start a new kind of pizza restaurant, a place where pizzas were made somewhat differently.
